Job Description:
Conducting Level 1 and Level 2 Energy Audits for all types of buildings across the GCC region, following ASHRAE and ISO 50002 methodologies.
Excellent MEP engineering background in the operation and maintenance sector.
Performing detailed Water Audits and identifying opportunities for water conservation and reuse.
Executing Carbon Footprint Assessments and developing mitigation and reduction strategies aligned with sustainability goals.
Strong expertise in ASHRAE Standards, ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems, and GSAS Operational Performance frameworks.
Providing Sustainability and Environmental Consultancy Services and developing tailored initiatives to improve environmental and operational performance.
Good knowledge in the Waste Management and ISO 14001 requirement
Preparing comprehensive Sustainability Plans, Policies, and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Supporting HSE and BD department for the energy and sustainability plans.
Preparing Waste management and environmental plans.
Preparing high-quality PowerPoint Presentations and Technical Reports for client communication and project documentation.
Skilled in Indoor Air Quality Measurement and analysis in alignment with WHO, ASHRAE, and GSAS guidelines.
Strong background in Green Building Certification at the Operational Level (GSAS OP, LEED O+M).
Experienced in BMS optimization, data analysis, and performance enhancement for HVAC, lighting, and chilled water systems.
Conducting utility benchmarking and developing Energy Performance Indicators for continuous monitoring and improvement.
Supporting ESG reporting, waste management, and recycling initiatives to enhance sustainability performance.
Involved in renewable energy feasibility assessments including solar PV systems and other clean energy solutions.
Leading awareness programs and client training sessions to promote energy efficiency and sustainable operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills, effectively engaging with clients, management, and technical teams.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 – QAR12,000.00 per month
