Currently inviting applications for a strong Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing brokerage.
This is a full-time, on site role based in Media City.
What you will bring on board:
- Proven billing / leadership background
- Ability to recruit and mentor a team
- Currently managing at least 2-3 agents
- Strong off plan and secondary market experience
- Ability to monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion rates across the team
- Support agents in closing key deals
- Qualify leads and effective use of the company CRM
- Oversee transaction processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
- Ability to contribute to personal billing and maintain strong market presence
- Have up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legislation, and best practices
- Identify and implement marketing and business development strategies
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations
