Preeminent Properties is seeking a driven and experienced Team Leader to join our growing brokerage. This role is designed for a high-performing professional with a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, who can lead from the front, elevate team performance, and consistently deliver results.
You will be responsible for managing a team of agents, driving revenue, and ensuring a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead, mentor, and develop a team of real estate agents
– Drive team performance to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
– Implement structured daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies
– Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion rates
– Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
– Support and contribute to the closure of high-value transactions
– Ensure full compliance with company policies, processes, and CRM standards
Requirements
– Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE real estate market
– Proven leadership experience within a brokerage environment
– Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Highly organized with strong operational oversight
– UAE driving license preferred
