Team Leader – Cleaning Services Jobs in Doha at Healthy Home Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage cleaning teams at client sites.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance and attendance.
- Ensure cleaning services are completed according to company and client standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and hygiene requirements are met.
- Coordinate with clients and address routine service requirements.
- Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to Management.
- Transport cleaning staff, equipment, and materials to assigned locations.
- Drive company vehicles safely and ensure proper vehicle care.
- Identify potential cross-selling and upselling opportunities and report them to the Sales/Operations team.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facility management, or a related field.
- Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid Qatar Driver’s License – Mandatory.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to supervise a team and work under pressure.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Pay: QAR3,500.00 – QAR4,500.00 per month
