Odoo Functional Consultant – Finance, Procurement & HR

Role

Responsible for analyzing functional requirements, documenting processes, and configuring systems to meet the needs of relevant departments. Supports integration, testing, and training activities, and ensures operational procedures are optimized and system usage is efficient in line with ERP best practices and adopted standards.

Minimum Experience

Not less than 5 years of experience implementing or supporting ERP systems in finance, procurement, or HR domains. Deep understanding of financial and governmental procedures and systems, plus knowledge of leading resource-planning platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics). Strong business-analysis and communication skills to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and their translation into effective technical solutions. A professional certification in ERP or in the fields mentioned above is preferred.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
