• At least two years’ experience in supporting children in a school setting is required.

To continually promote positive values, attitudes, and good behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents according to policy, and encouraging pupils to take responsibility for their behaviour.
To maintain strict confidentiality, discussing pupils only with the class teacher, Head of Year, or relevant SLT member.
