What will you do?
Talent Development
· Own and drive the full-cycle of talent development strategy, ensuring alignment with Astra Tech’s business goals and long-term workforce planning.
· Lead and oversee the development of a strong leadership pipeline, succession planning programs, and internal mobility frameworks to enhance employee retention and career growth.
· Design, implement, and monitor mentorship and coaching programs that foster continuous learning and career advancement.
Learning & Development
· Drive full L&D function, ensuring the (design, execution, and evaluation) of impactful learning programs that address both current and future business needs – in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring impactful and sustainable learning solutions.
· Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive L&D framework that integrates technical, leadership, and soft skills training to enhance overall employee capabilities.
· Measure and optimize learning effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, engagement metrics, and performance improvements.
Performance Management
· Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and monitoring of the Performance Management cycle, ensuring alignment with Astra Tech’s strategic goals.
· Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations while fostering a high-performance culture through structured coaching and continuous feedback.
Engagement & Culture Building
· Drive the full-cycle of (Employee Engagement strategy, as well as Internal communication strategies) – ensuring a continuous and proactive approach to strengthen workplace culture and drive employee engagement..
· Champion and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the overall talent development and engagement strategy.
· Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership, proactively fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and high engagement.
· Ensure a seamless employee experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle by implementing high-impact engagement and culture-building programs.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 8 years of recent experience independently managing full-cycle Performance Management and Employee Engagement in large organizations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Candidate from Consultancy background is a value added and highly preferred

· Strong influencing skills to drive alignment and adoption of people strategies across the organization.
· Deep understanding of change management principles and their impact on engagement and talent development.
· Strong passion for talent development and cultivating a high-performance, engaged workforce.
