Shaker Group is a leading Saudi company in the air conditioning and home appliances sector. It is the exclusive importer and distributor of several international brands and the sole agent for LG Air Conditioners in Saudi Arabia.
The Position Purpose:
We are excited to announce an on the job training opportunity in the Talent Acquisition Department through the Tamheer Program, which aims to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience in the HR field.
Responsibilities:
Support in posting job openings and organizing candidate profiles.
Support in scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
Assist in maintaining recruitment records and reports.
Participate in onboarding activities and recruitment events.
Work closely with the HR team to support hiring needs.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills.
Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Organized, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.
Tamheer Program Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Literature, Translation, or a related field.
Not registered in GOSI or the Ministry of Human Resources during the past 6 months.
Has not previously joined the Tamheer Program.
Program Duration:
6 months.
