Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both indoor and outdoor operational activities, supervising staff, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Operations
- Supervise daily office operations.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Outside Operations
- Supervise field staff and outdoor activities.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor operational progress.
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers.
- Resolve operational issues on-site efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
Pay: ﷼3,000.00 – ﷼10,419.46 per month
