Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through hiring platforms, networking, and headhunting
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records
- Support onboarding and hiring documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 YEAR of recruitment or sales experience IN REAL ESTATE.
- Knowledge of hiring platforms and headhunting experience are mandatory.
- Professional English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Multilingual preferred
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
