Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Expert (Projects Expert)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives and national workforce initiatives.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring while maintaining compliance with government standards and regulations.

Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture and operational excellence.

Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to effectively address workforce needs and meet hiring goals.

Prepare analytical reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality-of-hire) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, training centers, and government agencies to enhance talent pipelines.

Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent.

Develop and maintain a robust talent pool database to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Stay informed on industry trends, labor market developments, and emerging best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Design and implement diversity and inclusion strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce while fostering an inclusive workplace environment.

Utilize recruitment technologies and data-driven insights (e.g., ATS, HR analytics tools) to streamline processes and improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM (mandatory).

Required Experience:

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
