As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in helping build high performing teams by serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders across multiple global markets.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead full cycle recruitment for corporate and functional roles across multiple international markets while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to develop proactive recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor by providing market intelligence, competitive insights, organizational design perspectives, and hiring recommendations.
- Lead end to end recruitment across multiple functions including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build strong, diverse talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies, networking, executive search techniques, and talent mapping.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the employer brand throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
- Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality, responsiveness, and stakeholder communication.
- Influence hiring decisions by leveraging data, market trends, and talent insights to support informed business decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with regional leaders across multiple countries, balancing local market needs with global recruiting standards.
- Ensure recruiting processes are compliant, efficient, and consistently executed while maintaining exceptional data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify opportunities, improve hiring outcomes, and provide regular business updates to leadership.
- Partner with external search firms, recruiting vendors, universities, and industry networks to strengthen talent pipelines when appropriate.
- Lead or contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives including employer branding, process improvement, recruiting technology, interview capability, and talent attraction programs.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and promote equitable recruiting processes across all markets.
- Mentor recruiters, coordinators, or project team members as the Talent Acquisition organization continues to expand.
What You'll Bring
- 8 or more years of progressive corporate recruiting experience supporting corporate, functional, or executive level hiring within a global organization.
- Experience recruiting across multiple international markets, preferably throughout the Middle East, Europe, Africa, or Asia Pacific.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through a consultative and data driven approach.
- Strong expertise in sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, networking, and direct market engagement.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
- Proven ability to manage high priority searches while balancing competing business demands in a fast paced environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruiting strategies to organizational goals and future workforce needs.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Oracle Recruiting, ADP Recruiting, Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Outstanding communication, relationship building, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
