Position: System Administrator
About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team and support, maintain, and optimize our infrastructure. In this role, you will manage VMware, Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Dell Unity Storage, ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage VMware vCenter servers, virtual environments, and generate performance reports.
Configure, maintain, and optimize Linux-based servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
Oversee Active Directory infrastructure, manage user/group access, and ensure compliance.
Administer Exchange Server environments, ensuring smooth mail flow and calendar management.
Manage Dell Unity storage arrays, optimize capacity, and ensure disaster recovery solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of experience in system administration with expertise in VMware, Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Dell Unity Storage.
Strong technical skills with VMware (vCenter, ESXi), Linux (shell scripting, performance tuning), and Dell Unity Storage.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Dell Unity Storage certifications.
