Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Surveyor – JV Work Scope to perform and manage surveying activities for Roads & Bridges infrastructure projects within a Joint Venture environment. The role involves conducting precise land and construction surveys, ensuring alignment with project drawings, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to support accurate project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform land and construction surveying for Roads & Bridges projects
- Conduct site measurements, setting out, leveling, and alignment activities
- Ensure all survey works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with JV partners, contractors, and consultants for survey requirements
- Verify coordinates, elevations, and dimensions to ensure accuracy of construction works
- Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and documentation
- Utilize surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and leveling equipment
- Assist in resolving discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings
- Support quantity verification and as-built surveys
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety procedures
- Collaborate with engineering and QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in surveying within construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience in Roads & Bridges projects in UAE/GCC preferred
- Prior experience in a Joint Venture (JV) environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level)
- Familiarity with surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and site layout
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic site environment
Pay: AED12,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
