Job Purpose
To manage and oversee all support services operations, including employee accommodation and transportation. You will ensure efficiency, compliance, cost control, and high service standards to support business and project needs.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage employee accommodation (male & female) and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Select, lease, and oversee suitable housing facilities.
- Handle accommodation issues and ensure maintenance and safety standards.
- Monitor accommodation occupancy and employee allocation.
- Manage company transportation (buses, vehicles, drivers).
- Plan and schedule employee transportation based on project requirements.
- Oversee fleet management (procurement, maintenance, renewals).
- Monitor fuel usage and control transportation costs.
- Evaluate vehicle allowances and depreciation.
- Ensure all legal requirements, licenses, and permits are up to date.
- Manage suppliers (transport companies, landlords, service providers).
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational needs.
- Prepare reports related to accommodation and transportation.
- Ensure service quality and continuous improvement.
