Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining the IT warehouse system and verifying data correctness
Timely execution of warehouse operations – preparation of goods from an administrative perspective
Ensuring proper circulation and archiving of documents
Maintaining the correctness and consistency of inventory levels
Participation in inventories
Reporting and recording delivery discrepancies
Current clarification of discrepancies in receipts and releases
Cooperation with other company departments and the logistics operator
Preparation and maintenance of operational reports
Support for warehouse operations
Job Experience
1 year of experience in a similar position
Education: at least secondary
Basic knowledge of warehouse management principles
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
