Job Vacancy: Supervisor- Farm

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the daily operations of the breeder farm and ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s approved policies and procedures.
* Monitor flock health and coordinate with the Veterinarian to identify any signs of disease and implement the necessary corrective actions.
* Ensure the effective implementation of biosecurity, disease prevention, cleaning, and disinfection programs throughout the farm.
* Supervise feeding programs and ensure feed is provided in the correct quantities according to the approved feeding schedule.
* Monitor water supply systems, lighting, ventilation, temperature, and humidity to maintain optimal environmental conditions for the flock.
* Supervise the collection, grading, classification, storage, and preparation of hatching eggs for transportation to the hatchery in accordance with quality standards.
* Monitor key production performance indicators, including egg production, fertility rate, hatchability rate, feed consumption, body weight, and mortality rate.
* Supervise the implementation of vaccination programs, treatments, and medication schedules in coordination with the Veterinary Department.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, mortality, feed consumption, and inventory to management.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Animal Production, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in breeder poultry farm operations.
* Good knowledge of breeder flock management, biosecurity practices, hatching egg production, and vaccination programs.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams, make decisions, and solve operational problems.
* Good reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
