Seagate Properties is looking for an energetic and creative Admin Assistant/Digital Marketing Ads Manager to join our dynamic team! This role involves managing and creating engaging digital ad content, running social media campaigns, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage ad content for platforms such as Dubizzle, Bayut, and Property Finder
Develop and implement effective social media campaigns across various platforms
Design visually appealing graphics and videos for ads and promotions using tools like Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut
Assist with administrative duties and provide support to the team when needed
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize engagement and results
Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in photo editing (Photoshop, Canva)
Experience in video editing (CapCut, etc.)
Familiarity with ad management on platforms like Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, and various social media platforms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Creative and enthusiastic mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving
