Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of our presence on major platforms, including Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our digital storefronts, from product listing and SEO optimization to inventory management and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and Trendyol.
- Product Listings & SEO: Create, update, and optimize high-quality product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords) to increase search visibility and conversion rates.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels across all platforms, coordinate replenishments, and manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) / FBN (Fulfilled by Noon) shipments.
- Advertising & PPC: Plan and execute sponsored ads and promotional campaigns within the marketplaces to drive traffic and sales.
- Pricing Strategy: Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure our products remain competitive while maintaining healthy margins.
- Performance Analytics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, conversion rates, and sales growth.
- Customer Experience: Monitor account health, manage customer reviews, and ensure high ratings across all platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience managing accounts on Amazon and Noon (Experience with Trendyol is a significant plus).
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO best practices, and back-end tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and Excel reports to make informed business decisions.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and content management.
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently and stay updated with the ever-changing policies of e-commerce platforms.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
