Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Café Supervisor to oversee daily café operations, lead the team, maintain service standards, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily café operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage café staff effectively.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and daily performance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper stock handling, inventory control, and minimize wastage.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales procedures.
- Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed.
- Coordinate with the manager regarding sales, staffing, stock, and operational requirements.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Ensure the café is properly prepared before opening and maintained throughout the shift.
- Support promotional activities and help achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Café Supervisor minimum 3 years in GCC.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of café operations.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Good problem-solving and team-management skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
