Cinemacity is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Concession Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing guests with fast, friendly service while ensuring a clean, organized, and enjoyable concession experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service at the concession counter
- Prepare and serve popcorn, beverages, and other food and beverage items
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in concession areas
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and company procedures at all times
- Assist team members to ensure smooth concession operations during busy periods
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cinema, food service, hospitality, or retail environment is an advantage
- Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
