• Adapt your style to different situations and different customer requirements
• Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail to our guests throughout their time at Tattu
• Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through engagement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
