We are seeking a highly motivated Steel Structure Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Key Responsibilities
- Design steel structures including warehouses, factories, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.
- Perform structural analysis and design using engineering software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Ideastatica is a MUST ).
- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and technical documentation.
- Develop and review structural drawings in coordination with detailers and BIM teams.
- Design steel connections and foundation reactions.
- Review shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure designs comply with AISC 360 , ASCE 7 , IBC, and local authority requirements.
- Provide technical support during fabrication and construction.
- Participate in value engineering and optimization of structural systems.
