Key Responsibilities
- Promote and lease office spaces to prospective corporate clients and businesses.
- Identify and develop new leasing opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential tenants.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office space solutions.
- Negotiate rental terms and lease agreements to successfully close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful leasing transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, negotiations, and completed leases.
- Monitor market trends, occupancy rates, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth leasing and handover process.
