Position – Marine Superintendent – Oil & Chemical Tankers

We are hiring Marine Superintendents with a strong background in oil and chemical tanker operations? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant vessel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the safe and efficient operation of oil and chemical tankers.
Ensure full compliance with maritime regulations and industry standards.
Conduct and supervise vessel inspections, maintenance, and dry-docking.
Coordinate with ship crews, shore teams, and stakeholders for seamless operations.
Monitor operational performance and implement improvements for safety and efficiency.
Ensure HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) compliance and best practices.
Lead SIRE 2.0 inspections and maintain strong relationships with vetting companies.
Implement and manage TMSA (Tanker Management and Self-Assessment) processes.
Oversee and manage vetting processes with oil majors, ensuring top industry standards.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in oil and chemical tanker operations.
Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety, and environmental policies.
Proven experience with SIRE 2.0 inspections and vetting processes.
Expertise in HSEQ management and industry compliance.
Deep understanding of TMSA for continuous operational improvement.
Vetting experience with oil majors (e.g., BP, Shell, ExxonMobil).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
