Responsible to carry out service, repair and maintenance of plant machinery and equipments as and when required
WELDING, MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
· Responsible to carry out designated welding activities re to maintenance and repair tasks designated
· Laise with Supervisor to update on job progress and completion time.
· Responsible to attend the breakdown maintenance round the clock
· Initiate systematic ways to reduce the downtime
SAFETY
· Correctly use and maintain PPE at all time
· Make sure that team members are also using the PPEs
· Follow the safety guidelines while working in a running plant or heavy machinery.
· Report re the incident or potential hazards
OTHER TASKS
· Use and maintain the tools in accordance with working specifications and condition
· Maintain and work in a working environment with an acceptable level of housekeeping
· Monitor the use of workplace consumables
· Assist in training of other maintenance staff
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or ITI Certificate
- 2 to 4 years in welding re maintenance and repair of Plant and Machinery
- An eye for detail
- Mechanical and Technical skills
- Knowledge of machinery and metals
- Communication skills
- To be physically fit
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
