Job purpose:
The role holder is responsible for accomplishing tasks related to storekeeping. The role holder must report and be guided by the Materials & Logistics Manager. The role holder shall carry out the duties in accordance with the business policies and procedures.
Core Responsibility Areas:
Perform warehouse activities in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
Perform local warehousing and material handling.
Perform receiving and distribution of parts and materials.
Maintain records of warehouse transactions.
Manage all the IT tools (SAP, Oracle, Gold) to ensure tracking of every logistics movement such as inbound, outbound, purchases, repairs, etc.
Assist superiors in controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Assist warehouse supervisor in maintaining physical condition of warehouse.
Operates simple office machines (which may in some cases include computer assisted inventory, automotive equipment, and may operate a forklift or other light equipment used in moving heavy items).
Perform other tasks as directed by the superiors
Work in shifts (Morning, afternoon and Night)
Job Requirements:
High School or Equivalent Qualification
Good English is a must
Knowledge in warehouse and shipping process.
Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills.
Inventory Control, Reporting Skills.
Availability to work in shifts (Morning, Afternoon or Night)
Hold a valid driving license and car
