Salary Range: AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Storekeeper / Inventory Controller to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and support the smooth movement of materials across the Company’s operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong inventory control experience, excellent system knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Issue materials and supplies against approved requests and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare inventory reports and submit them to Management as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, logistics personnel, and operational departments regarding stock movements and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness within stores, warehouses, and storage areas.
- Support operational requirements related to vessels, ports, warehouses, and branch locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good understanding of stock control procedures, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse-related activities.
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
Working Conditions
- The employee will not be assigned to a single fixed work location.
- Based on operational requirements, the employee must be willing and ready to work at any Company branch, warehouse, vessel, project site, port, or other operational location as directed by Management.
- The employee must be flexible and willing to travel between locations within the UAE whenever required.
- Normal duty hours will be as per the assigned work schedule; however, the employee must remain available to support urgent operational requirements outside regular working hours when called upon by Management.
- The employee is expected to provide operational support on a 24/7 on-call basis for emergency inventory, vessel, warehouse, port, and logistics requirements whenever necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in UAE warehouse, logistics, marine, shipping, or port operations.
- Familiarity with ERP-based inventory systems.
- Experience in inventory reporting, stock analysis, and materials management.
