We are seeking a highly qualified HSE Chief to lead and manage our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices on our construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local and international safety standards, foster a culture of safety awareness, and drive initiatives that promote a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.
Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in accordance with UAE regulations and international best practices.
– Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards and identify potential hazards.
– Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
– Provide HSE training and awareness programs to all staff and subcontractors.
– Collaborate with project management and other stakeholders to integrate HSE requirements into all phases of construction projects.
– Prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate records for management review and regulatory compliance.
– Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging employees and encouraging reporting of unsafe conditions or behaviors.
