We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Storekeeper to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and issuing inventory while ensuring accurate stock records and efficient warehouse processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting logistics activities, and ensuring compliance with company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Report and document damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Support inventory control activities and conduct regular stock checks.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and transaction documentation.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials for easy retrieval.
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for production requirements and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments and assist with loading activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Support the proper disposal of scrap materials in line with company procedures.
- Perform warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or storekeeping operations.
- Experience maintaining inventory records manually and through computer systems.
- Ability to identify and pick materials accurately based on picking lists.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes and stock control practices.
- Forklift License (Mandatory).
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse documentation systems.
