Walk-In Interview Details
- Dates: Sunday, 23rd & Monday, 24th August 2026
- Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Location: ABH Real Estate Office, Palm Tower B, Floor 51 (Take elevator to Floor 56, Sector 3), Doha, Qatar
- What to Bring: Please bring an updated hard copy of your resume.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Connect with potential tenants to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Property Showings: Conduct engaging property viewings, highlighting key features, amenities, and benefits.
- Rent Negotiation: Facilitate smooth negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure mutually beneficial lease agreements.
- Documentation: Guide clients through rental paperwork and ensure complete compliance with legal requirements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and team members.
- Sales Support: Assist in buyer negotiations, provide market updates, and guide clients through closing processes when required.
Requirements
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: Proven working experience as a real estate agent or salesperson.
- Skills: Strong independent work ethic combined with exceptional interpersonal, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demeanor: Professional, trustworthy, and pleasant.
- Location: Local hiring only (must currently be available in Qatar).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Shark CRM) and property portals.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
