Job Title: Finished Goods – Store Supervisor (Witron System)
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and secure the finished goods stock from production lines, and execute material transfer in the ERP (Witron system)
· Verify the accuracy of the count and quality of the finished goods between the system data and actual count per pallet
· Ensure accurate customer information on the packs with regards to stack heigh, pallet dimensions and bundling count
· Coordinate with the outward logistics department for smooth loading of goods
· Maintain clean and logical store arrangement to ensure smooth traceability, accessibility and minimize store damages
· Coordinate with finance or relevant departments for regular stock taking operations and reconciliation of stock figures
· Promote and maintain safe working standards in the finished goods store
· Prepare and submit to management regular FG stock updates as may be required by the management.
· Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management
Qualifications
· Certification in stores management
· Min 2 years’ experience in stores management or warehousing.
· Ability to read, speak and write English
· Prior work experience in the corrugated box industry is an added advantage.
· Experience with business integrated ERPs like SAP is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per month
