We are looking for Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer experience, achieving sales targets, and leading the sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow
* Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
* Set and monitor sales targets and performance KPIs
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement/logistics
* Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
* Implement visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards
* Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers

Requirements
* 3–7 years of experience in retail or showroom management
* Strong background in sales and team leadership
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
* Strong customer service orientation
* Knowledge of POS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
* Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, especially in the UAE market)
