Overview of the role:
The Operations Assistant/Admin Assistant provides support to the Operations Team by preparing management reports, sales figures, and managing store staff information.
What you will do:
Description of Accountability:
MIS (Store/RO):
Ensure accurate information is provided to the Senior Admin Assistant to meet reporting deadlines.
Maintain data in the system for easy access to information.
Update and maintain staff information in the store.
Liaise with Regional Operations and HR Office.
Support stock control and operations, including routine stock accuracy checks.
Verify supplier/contractor bills, get approval from Store Manager, and process with Regional Office Accounts.
Follow-up with suppliers on outstanding invoices and settle payments.
Handle Cash Office responsibilities: daily reconciliation of store takings, banking, foreign exchange, petty cash, safe fund tallying, and credit card reconciliation.
Provide accurate reports to enable informed commercial decisions.
Assist in planning and scheduling induction training for new staff on store procedures.
Ensure accuracy of stock received from the warehouse is recorded in the system.
Coordinate periodic stock accuracy checks with the commercial team.
Record daily stock adjustments, receipts, store transfers, and RTWs in the system.
Order stationery for the store/admin team.
Required Skills to be successful:
Advanced MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Results-oriented mindset.
Excellent MS Office knowledge.
High customer focus and understanding of customer needs.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in report generation and analysis.
Ability to learn new technology quickly.

2-5 years of retail sales experience.
