Position: Store Manager (Telecom)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the planning, organizing, and delegating of work of the staff and staff rotation.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns.
Ensure that all policies, procedures, and controls are followed in the store.
Set and achieve KPIs and generate sales for the retail store.
Monitor availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on-time deliveries.
Plan and maintain
efficient store operations
; assign and evaluate the work performance of personnel assigned to the store.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the Telecom industry.
Good understanding of retail store environment.
At least 2 years of managerial experience in the Telecom/IT/Electronics industry.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, Sales, or Marketing.
