We are seeking a motivated andresults-drivenStore Managerto lead and oversee the operations of our retail store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizingsales performance, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This role requires strongleadershipskills,attention to detail, and acustomer-focusedmindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage allstore operations, including sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Setsales targetsand develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are met, addressing customer concerns effectively.
Recruit, train, and motivate store staff, fostering a positive and productivework environment.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Implementvisual merchandisingstandards to enhance the store’s appeal.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to identifyopportunities for growth.
Enforce company policies and UAE labor regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
Managecash handling, banking, and financial reporting accurately.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similarleadershiprole within the retail industry.
Strong understanding ofretail operations, sales, andinventory management.
Excellentleadershipand team management skills.
Exceptional customer service andcommunicationabilities.
Proficiency in usingPOS systemsand MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
