The Role

Position Title: Store Manager – Luxury Jewellery
Employment Type: Full Time

Salary AED: up to 23,000 plus commission depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
Drive store revenue and profitability through strategic sales planning and execution. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Deliver exceptional luxury customer service aligned with brand standards. Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
Ensure premium visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
Maintain strict security measures for handling high-value jewellery inventory. Minimize stock loss through effective controls and staff awareness.

Requirements

About the Client:

A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing a luxury jewellery store, with a strong understanding of luxury retail operations, customer service standards, and luxury retail etiquette.

Proven experience handling high-value jewellery, including knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery certifications.

Demonstrated ability to serve VIP, UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth), and international clientele within the GCC luxury retail market.
