Position Title: F&B Recruitment Officer

Starting Salary: QAR 6,500 (Full package / Live out)
Reports To: CEO
Position Summary: The F&B Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment across all restaurant outlets within the company. Working under the direct supervision of the CEO, this role ensures that the organization attracts, hires, develops, and retains high-caliber talent capable of delivering the exceptional service standards expected of a high-end restaurant portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all F&B positions — from manpower planning and job posting to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection — in coordination with outlet managers and the CEO.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through local and international sourcing channels, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and networking within the Qatar hospitality market.
- Design, implement, and continuously update structured onboarding and induction programs for new hires across all restaurant brands.
- Coordinate visa processing, work permits, and relocation logistics for international hires in line with Qatari labor law and company policy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, training documentation, and recruitment reports, presenting regular updates to the CEO.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, immigration regulations, and company HR policies throughout all recruitment and training activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and training, preferably within high-end F&B or luxury hospitality operations.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, recruitment best practices, and training methodologies, with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
