Job Description:
§ Drive store revenue and profitability through strategic sales planning and execution. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
§ Deliver exceptional luxury customer service aligned with brand standards. Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
§ Ensure premium visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
§ Maintain strict security measures for handling high-value jewellery inventory. Minimize stock loss through effective controls and staff awareness.
