Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Lead and supervise sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service
- Maintain stock inventory and coordinate with suppliers
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
- Handle billing, cash management, and reporting
- Resolve customer issues professionally
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in laptop/mobile retail is preferred
- Basic technical knowledge of laptops and accessories
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle sales targets and team management
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
