We are looking for a responsible Store Keeper with experience in managing construction site inventory and materials. The ideal candidate will be organized and knowledgeable about construction-related tools and materials.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect deliveries for quantity and quality at construction sites
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels of construction materials
Organize and label materials properly in storage to ensure easy retrieval
Monitor material issuance and returns from various site teams
Prepare daily/weekly reports for material stock and consumption
Ensure timely reordering of materials to avoid project delays
Coordinate with procurement and site engineers for material availability
Maintain proper documentation for all incoming/outgoing materials
Conduct regular stock audits and identify discrepancies
Ensure store area complies with safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in logistics preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site inventory/store keeping.
Strong understanding of civil, electrical, and MEP materials.
Good command of Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet site timelines.
