Steward Supervisor – VVIP Family
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Steward Supervisor to join the household team of a prestigious VVIP Family in Qatar.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Steward Supervisor or in a similar role
- Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel, luxury resort, private household, royal family, or VVIP/VIP residence
- Strong knowledge of stewarding operations, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Experience supervising stewarding staff and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Currently based in Qatar
- Must have a transferable visa with NOC
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily stewarding operations and stewarding team
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Maintain proper inventory of stewarding supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with the culinary and household teams to support smooth daily operations
- Train and motivate stewarding staff while maintaining the highest service standards
