Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Administrator to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate must have experience in the UAE real estate sector and excellent administrative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage tenancy contracts and rental-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate tenant, landlord, and property records.
  • Coordinate with tenants, landlords, brokers, and internal departments.
  • Handle document preparation, PDF editing, scanning, and filing.
  • Maintain records using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide administrative support to the leasing and property management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE Real Estate experience (Mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good knowledge of PDF editing and document management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
