Position Summary:
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of rental properties. This includes managing the leasing team, conducting property showings, negotiating lease terms, processing applications, and ensuring properties maintain high occupancy rates. The role also requires maintaining positive tenant relationships and ensuring all leasing activities comply with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the entire leasing process from property listing to lease signing.
· Screen and approve tenant applications, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
· Negotiate lease terms and ensure accurate and timely lease documentation.
· Conduct property tours and provide detailed information on available units.
· Supervise and train leasing agents, ensuring they follow proper procedures.
· Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide feedback for improvement.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
· Utilize online platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to promote available units.
· Stay current with market trends to ensure competitive pricing and rental terms.
· Maintain positive relationships with current tenants, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly.
· Ensure a smooth move-in and move-out process for tenants.
· Respond to tenant complaints or maintenance requests in a timely manner.
· Follow up with tenants to discuss lease renewal options.
· Implement retention strategies to ensure high tenant satisfaction and minimize vacancy rates.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding leasing and property management.
· Handle legal documentation related to tenant agreements and evictions, if applicable.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
· 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate.
· Real estate license (if required by the jurisdiction).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· In-depth knowledge of leasing laws, property management software, and marketing strategies.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per month
