  1. Manage employee administration and maintain accurate HR records.
  2. Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  3. Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.
  4. Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel files.
  5. Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and HR-related documentation.
  6. Assist with payroll preparation and ensure HR data accuracy.
  7. Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  9. Assist with government-related HR processes (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other HR platforms) when required.
  10. Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the Human Capital Department.
