- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and HR-related documentation.
- Assist with payroll preparation and ensure HR data accuracy.
