That’s why we have built an in-house lead generation and telesales team dedicated to qualifying buyers and scheduling client meetings, allowing our Property Consultants to maximize their time with serious investors.
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Consultants who have a proven track record of closing off-plan property sales in Dubai.
Unlike traditional brokerages where consultants spend most of their time prospecting, your primary responsibility at Habico Properties is to convert qualified client meetings into successful property transactions.
If you are confident in your closing ability and want to spend more time selling rather than searching for leads, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend qualified client meetings scheduled by the company’s telesales team.
- Understand clients’ investment objectives and recommend suitable off-plan projects.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and property consultations.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with investors.
- Follow up with clients until successful deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s latest off-plan launches, developer incentives, and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Dubai off-plan real estate sales experience.
- Proven history of successful sales and deal closures.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, and payment plans.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
