The client is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sr. Project Managers to oversee and execute F&B-related projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience managing complex projects in the Food & Beverage industry, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for new F&B outlets, refurbishments, or supply chain/logistics-related initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, marketing, supply chain) and external vendors/consultants
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and food safety standards
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Report project progress to senior leadership and recommend improvements
Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve any project-related issues
Foster strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus
Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector
Strong understanding of KSA market, permitting processes, and local building/F&B codes
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficient in project management tools and software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
Fluency in Arabic and English
