Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure efficient workflow and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations and workflow.
- Allocate repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skills and workload.
- Monitor technician productivity and workshop bay utilization.
- Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, company policies, and safety requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and service advisors.
- Maintain workshop discipline, attendance, and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor the condition and availability of tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit daily performance and productivity reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a workshop supervisory role within the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and workshop operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline and operational efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good understanding of quality control procedures and safety regulations.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in workshop management systems and Microsoft Office applications (advantage).
- Diploma or certification in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
