This role requires far more than UI design. Description
* Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.
* Design intuitive and scalable user journeys for complex enterprise and financial technology platforms.
* Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate product concepts and solutions.
* Lead UX thinking across product initiatives, helping teams identify the right problems to solve.
* Contribute to and evolve a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate design decisions.
* Transform user insights and product data into actionable design improvements.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and effectively translated into production environments.
* Design experiences that leverage automation and artificial intelligence to improve user outcomes and efficiency.
* Advocate for user-centred design principles while balancing business and technical requirements.
* Stay informed on emerging design methodologies, AI trends, and best practices within enterprise product development.
