We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our gemstone kiosk at Doha Festival City. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, customer service, and can confidently represent a premium crystal and gemstone brand.
Job Details
- Position: Sales Associate
- Location: Doha Festival City (Kiosk)
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Salary: Basic salary of 3,000 QAR + performance-based bonuses (based on sales and overall performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
- Actively sell gemstones, crystals, and related products to meet sales targets
- Handle opening and closing shifts, including basic kiosk setup and closing procedures
- Stand for long hours while maintaining energy and a positive attitude
- Memorize and understand product details, meanings, and pricing to confidently assist customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk display
- Build customer trust through honesty, product knowledge, and excellent service
- Upsell and recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
